Menza ("we", "our", "us") operates the Menza mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

We collect the following information when you use Menza:

• Account Information: Name, phone number, email address (optional)
• Order Information: Delivery addresses, order history, payment method chosen
• Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version, push notification token
• Usage Data: Products viewed, search queries, app interactions

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your orders
• To send order status updates via push notifications and WhatsApp
• To send promotional offers (only if you opt-in)
• To improve our app and product recommendations
• To provide customer support

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Payment Processors: Razorpay/PayU for processing payments (we do not store card details)
• Delivery Partners: Name and address for order delivery
• Communication Services: Push notifications and WhatsApp for order updates

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure server infrastructure. Payment information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data (via Profile section in the app)
• Update or correct your information
• Opt out of marketing notifications (via Settings in the app)
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

6. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by visiting: menza.tncitizen.in/delete-account

Upon request, we will delete your account, personal information, order history, and all associated data within 7 business days.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Order records may be retained for up to 2 years for legal and accounting purposes. After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
